2023 Nádúrtha
2023 Nádúrtha
Vibrant, untamed, and wonderfully complex, this inaugural Natural Wine from Sheehan Winery is a celebration of the 2023 harvest and the beauty of minimal intervention winemaking. Produced through a spontaneous, naturally occurring fermentation that remained active throughout harvest, new grape varieties were added several times each week, creating a living fermentation unlike any other wine in our cellar. A blend of more than 25 grape varieties, the wine bursts with aromas of fresh berries, wildflowers, citrus peel, orchard fruit, and savory spice. The palate is energetic and layered, revealing bright red fruit, stone fruit, herbal nuances, and subtle earthy complexity. Fresh, textured, and full of life, this wine reflects both the vintage and the adventure of letting nature guide the process.
