100% New Mexico Grapes from all over the state

This is our first natural wine. So, what does that mean?

In this case it means a spontaneous (naturally occurring) fermentation, that carried throughout the entire harvest season with new varietals being added to it multiple times a week.

It received minimal intervention and is a blend of every wine we made in the 2023 harvest (more than 25 grape varietals).

The complexity and brightness on the nose and palate are a product of more than 25 different grape varieties.
