Luxurious, aromatic, and beautifully timeless, Aingeal is Sheehan Winery's interpretation of a classic Angelica-style dessert wine, crafted from Malvasia Bianca. Intensely fragrant, the wine opens with aromas of orange blossom, honeysuckle, ripe apricot, and honey, layered with candied citrus peel, toasted almond, and delicate baking spice. The palate is rich and velvety, revealing luscious flavors of peach preserves, golden raisin, caramelized pear, and citrus marmalade. Bright natural acidity balances its decadent sweetness, while hints of vanilla, marzipan, and warm spice add remarkable depth. Elegant and indulgent, Aingeal lingers with a long, silky finish that is both radiant and unforgettable.
