A Partnership Rooted in Community

Sheehan Winery is proud to partner with the New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NMCADV) to create two custom wines that bring together great New Mexico wine and a meaningful commitment to our community.

NMCADV works statewide to strengthen the response to domestic violence and support the organizations and advocates working alongside survivors across New Mexico. Through this partnership, we’re helping bring greater awareness to that work while creating a simple way for our community to give back—one bottle and one glass at a time.

These two wines were created with purpose: to celebrate the strength of our communities, support the vital work of NMCADV, and remind us that meaningful change happens when we show up for one another.

We are honored to stand alongside NMCADV and raise a glass to a safer, stronger New Mexico.

Appearance:

Brilliant pale gold with subtle green highlights and exceptional clarity, reflecting freshness and precision.

Nose:

Fresh and aromatic, offering ripe pear, quince, golden apple, and white peach accented by citrus blossom, chamomile, wild honey, and delicate mineral notes.

Palate:

Dry and medium-bodied, with flavors of pear, crisp apple, ripe nectarine, and Meyer lemon. Hints of honeycomb, almond, and wet stone add richness and complexity while preserving the wine's vibrant fruit.

Structure:

Medium-bodied with bright, refreshing acidity and a smooth, finely textured mouthfeel. The balance of fruit, minerality, and acidity creates a wine of remarkable precision and elegance.

Finish:

Long, crisp, and beautifully persistent, lingering with orchard fruit, citrus zest, subtle honeyed notes, and a clean mineral freshness.

Food Pairings:

Crafted by Sheehan Winery from Chenin Blanc grown by Fabian Eliveres in Picacho Hills, New Mexico, this wine is a vibrant expression of high-desert terroir. Pair with fresh oysters, grilled shrimp, roasted chicken, creamy goat cheese, pork tenderloin, sushi, or pacific rim–accented cuisine. Its bright acidity and layered complexity make it an exceptionally versatile companion at the table.
