Luscious, intensely aromatic, and beautifully expressive, Cielo Dulce is Sheehan Winery's signature sweet white blend, crafted from ultra-ripe Riesling, Moscato, and Gewürztraminer. Bursting with concentrated aromas of mandarin orange, honey, ripe peach, and tropical fruit, the bouquet is complemented by delicate notes of orange blossom, jasmine, and warm spice. The palate is rich and silky, revealing layers of honeyed citrus, apricot, lychee, and ripe pear, balanced by vibrant natural acidity that keeps the wine fresh and elegant. Floral perfume and subtle hints of ginger and spice add complexity, creating a wine that is both decadent and refreshing. Lively, luxurious, and unforgettable, Cielo Dulce finishes long with lingering citrus, honey, and floral elegance.
